We keep most of our homes on a lockbox and invite you to look around at your leisure.
On those occassions where the home is occupied we will have someone let you into the property.
The only thing that we will require in order to offer you this unprecedented level of access is for us to know that you are a serious buyer. Please fill out the Appointment Request Form below and we will contact you shortly to set a viewing appointment.
You will notice that the only real qualifying question we ask on the form is how much money you have to bring as a down payment, since this is our primary consideration in an Owner Finance, Private Mortgage, or Lease Option. Please list the highest amount that you can get to put down on your next house. Preference is given to those buyers with the highest down payment amounts.
We make it easy to get inside one of our houses so that you can make your final buying decisions. Unlike a real estate agent or an inexperienced seller, we are not going to parade you around the house explaining the purpose of each room and then ask you to go ahead and write an offer.
Most of our houses are on lock boxes and available to be seen in private. We are not going to stand over your shoulder and try and pressure you into buying today. You are free to take your time, look around, get the feel of the home. After all you are going to be spending a great deal of time here.
